Out of the Shadows: Conscious Leadership

Debbie Ford said, “When you learn that you can trust life, life will deliver treasures beyond your imagination.” Before Debbie passed away, “into the waiting arms of her ancestors and guardian angels,” she made a request of all of us to celebrate and remember her on the anniversary of her birth each year, rather than the anniversary of her death. Her brilliant work in the world will live on infinitum. She is deeply missed. I loved the interview I did with Debbie on Leading Conversations. To honor Debbie and what would have been her 60th birthday, we are replaying our conversation with heartfelt gratitude. Blessings Debbie.
