Nikole Kadel

In her work with Alexsa Consulting, Nikole Kadel brings years of teaching, organizing and cultivating the personal connection between nature and the self. Nikole’s approach connects her strong grounding in natural values with an understanding of the human spirit. She helps people go out into the world in order to go deep within themselves.

Her ability to synthesize the goals of an organization combines with outstanding creativity and attention to detail. Nikole’s pragmatic understanding of resources and tools for outreach, plus her ability to create end-to-end solutions, make her an invaluable partner.

In 2005, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Defenders of Wildlife, and White Oak Conservation Center/Howard Gilman Foundation named Nikole as one of 20 Emerging Wildlife Conservation Leaders. In 2009, she was honored to be asked to serve as a mentor to the newest group of emerging leaders.

Nikole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy and a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Ecology (specializing in Environmental Education) from the University of Florida.
